We consciously do not have any such tie-ups. In case of an emergency and the need to admit a patient to an ICU, we organize for the patient to be moved to a hospital of your choice. We will appreciate it if the SanctusHealthcare team is informed whether or not you want to hospitalize in an ICU and about the preferred hospital at the time of admission.

We care for patients who cannot be supported at hospitals since the effort and time they require and the associated costs of care are not feasible. While such patients could be supported at home, families know that composite, professional and long-term supervised care is not always possible to give at home and therefore, they choose us

The types of patients we support include:

• Neurological: Stroke care, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Guillain-Barre, and other neurodegenerative conditions.

• Orthopaedic: Post Knee, Hip Replacement, and post-road traffic accident patient care.

• Respiratory: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Interstitial Lung Disease, Post covid, support, etc

• Chronic Conditions: Diabetes, Hypertension, and their complications.

• Senior Citizens with frailty and complications who need ongoing care and support

• Senior Citizens and other patients who need Palliative Care and End of Life support

• Senior Citizens with emerging health complications because of chronic lifestyle diseases, seeking to make lifestyle changes

Currently, we do NOT support patients who are recovering from drug, alcohol addictions and patients with mental health issues

• Every individual has a unique need, and so we customize the patient’s care plan. The total cost of the care at our center is a combination of fixed common charges and additional services charges of rehabilitation such as that of physiotherapy and occupational therapy, as required.
• The care at our center is more affordable and professional than home care. Our arms, rent4health.com and buy4health.com give you access to affordable equipment and products, a significant cost advantage that we pass on to our patients and their families.
• Our focus on quality and enhanced supervision reduces the need to admit patients to hospitals repeatedly. Our independence from hospitals or hospital chains ensures that we do not unnecessarily hospitalize a patient.
• We take refundable security deposits that we use in case of a hospitalization event to meet the immediate hospital expenses of a patient until the next of kin reaches Pune and/or the hospital. This amount is refunded at the time of discharge, subject to the payment of all pending dues.

• We consciously do not. At most, we provide Basic Life Support and supplemental oxygen to patients, as advised by your doctor.
• We at SanctusHealthcare encourage you to discuss your expectations around the use of Advanced Life Support techniques, admission to hospital ICU, use of CPR, use of ventilators, feeding tubes, organ donation with our doctor. We encourage the patient and his next of kin to discuss and make a conscious choice on how to add life to the patients’ remaining days.

• Absolutely. Patients’ welfare and comfort are our prime drivers. We are committed to achieving a recovery goal every day as directed by your doctor and it makes us happy to provide whatever it takes to get the patient better or feel more comfortable. If they need continued care, our healthcare team will work as an extended arm of your favourite doctor. We are ready, willing, and available to provide medical care, medication, diet management, and rehabilitation support during patients’ stay with us as advised by your doctor
